Advance-window rules & default penalties. These control how much notice staff must give and what penalties apply for late requests.
Staff earn this bonus when they restock extra parcel units beyond their assigned targets. Admin approves each bonus in the Compliance tab; only approved bonuses are added to payroll.
๐ Leave Responsibility Policy
Salary deductions applied automatically to the employee's next payroll when multiple staff are approved for leave on the same day, or when an absence is marked without enough advance notice. The first approved leave on a day is always penalty-free.
Salary deduction applied to a staff member whose permission is approved on a day where other staff are already approved for leave. Kept separate from the leave penalty above so a permission is never charged twice. No approved leave that day = no penalty.
Applies when an Absent or Half-day is marked with less than the configured leave advance notice (reuses the Leave advance window rule).
